Produced by the Castell del Remei winery, the wine Gotim Blanc is a blended Spanish white wine from DO Costers del Segre.
The wine is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeo and White Grenache grapes coming from estate vineyards.
Separately harvested, the grapes were vinified in a traditional manner. First, the wine must was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Gotim Blanc 2023 was bottled and aged for some weeks before its commercial release.
