Details
A highly interesting Spanish rosé wine produced by the Gramona winery, the wine Gramona Mart is made only from Red Xarel·lo grapes (Xarel·lo Vermell, its original name, is a pink-skinned mutation of the well-known Xarel·lo variety.)
Made from organically farmed vineyards, the grapes were first cold macerated for 48 hours in order to extract a gentle rosy pigment from the skins. After that, they were fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
Finally, the wine Gramona Mart 2023 went straight into the bottle.
Subtle and fresh, this organic rosé wiene from Penedès is the perfect match for light dishes and tapas. It is also a great aperitif.
