Details
The white wine Gramona Mas Escorpí is a varietal Chardonnay sourced from three organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards composed of clay, sand and limestone soils.
Produced by the Gramona winery, after a very gentle pressing the free-run juice of this young white wine was slowly fermented for 30 days on lees under controlled temperature.
It is worth mentioning that the wine Gramona Mas Escorpí 2023 was not aged in wood to preserve the varietal character.
The young Spanish white wine from Penedès is Demeter certified.
Pair this organic white wine with shrimp, fish recipes and soft cheeses.
