Details
The wine Gran Cardiel Verdejo is produced by Bodega Félix Lorenzo Cachazo, one of the oldest wineries in DO Rueda.
A varietal Verdejo, this Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards situated at 800 metres above sea level.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then the white wine Gran Cardiel Verdejo 2023 was aged on its lees for a minimum of 3 months prior to its bottling.
Finally, this Verdejo from Rueda was gently filtered and clarified.
