Corpinnat Gran Torelló Brut Nature 2016
Availability: In stock
The excellent Corpinnat sparkling wine Gran Torelló Brut Nature is produced from grapes coming from a single vineyard, Can Martí, which belongs to the Torelló family since 1395.
Made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, this Spanish sparkling wine was crafted using only the free-run juice, which was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the sparkling wine Gran Torelló Brut Nature 2016 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 72 months in the cellar.
Once that period was finished, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was manually disgorged.
We suggest that you open this Corpinnat brut nature sparkling wine wine some time before you drink it.
Appearance | The sparkling wine Gran Torelló is pale yellow with some golden tinges. |

Nose | With an impressive aromatic richness, this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada smells of candied citrus peel, peach compote, jasmine, pastry and dry fruit, combined with aromas of aniseed. On the background, this Corpinnat gran reserva sparkling wine suggests dim mineral undertones and remembrances of fennel. |
Palate | Bold and pleasant, this Gran Reserva of the Torelló winery has a creamy body enlivened by tiny, caressing bubbles. Suggestions of English custard, sweet lemon, aromatic herbs, almonds and French patisserie. Very good acidity and long finish. |
Our personal opinion | Serious, elegant and mature, the sparkling wine Gran Torelló Brut Nature 2016 is a top-level fizz that will enhance your gatherings and celebrations. |
