Rosé wine Guerinda Casalasierra 2024
Availability: In stock
This interesting Spanish rosé wine is produced from grapes coming from the Casalasierra vineyard, located in the town of San Martín de Unx, Navarra.
A varietal Grenache, the wine Guerinda Casalasierra is made solely from the free-run juice, a technique known in the region as "sangrado de lágrima" (the local equivalent of the French rosé de saignée.)
This is the juice that is released not as a result of any direct machine pressing, but as a consequence of the squeeze exerted by the weight of the fruit when the grapes are stacked on top of each other. When the wine must acquired the desired colour, it was separated from the skins through gravity.
The vinification of the wine Guerinda Casalasierra 2024, produced by the Máximo Abete winery, was carried out in stainless steel tanks.
After completing fermentation, this rosé wine from Navarra was bottled and kept for a brief time in the cellar before hitting the market.
