A Sauvignon Blanc wine from the VT Extremadura designation, the wine Habla de ti Blanco is produced by Bodegas Habla.
This varietal Spanish white wine comes from 20-year-old vineyards with sandy, rocky and slate soils situated at 450 metres of altitude and farmed following organic techniques.
Harvested in September, the grapes were traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks for 2 months at a low temperature. After that, the wine Habla de ti Blanco 2023 was aged for 5 months in the tanks.
