The wine Honoro Vera Rioja is produced by the Rosario Vera winery, the DOCa Rioja branch of Gil Family Estates.
A varietal Tempranillo, this red wine from La Rioja is sourced from vineyards grown in clay-limestone soils. The grapes fermented in small steel containers at a temperature below 25ºC.
After completing the process, the red wine Honoro Vera Rioja 2021 was kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
