Corpinnat Huguet de Can Feixes Brut Nature 2018

Made from a blend of Macabeo and Parellada, complemented with a touch of Pinot Noir, the sparkling wine Huguet de Can Feixes Brut Nature is made by Huguet de Can Feixes under the auspices of the Corpinnat quality designation.

Sorted from vineyards located in Alt Penedès, the grapes were picked by hand and meticulously selected. Gently pressed, only the "free-run" juice was used to produce this organic sparkling wine.

Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 6-month ageing period. Then the wine Huguet de Can Feixes Brut Nature 2018 was bottled to complete secondary fermentation, after which it was aged for no less than 7 years before hitting the market.

No shipping liquor was added to this Corpinnat sparkling wine.
