Produced by bodega Altavins, the wine Ilercavònia is a varietal White Grenache from DO Terra Alta, Catalonia's westernmost Designation of Origin.
Harvested by hand and meticulously selected, the grapes were sorted from vineyards farmed with minimal intervention techniques.
After macerating for a substantial period of time with the skins, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Ilercavònia 2023 was aged on lees for some months before bottling.
Pair this suggestive white wine from Terra Alta with creamy cheeses, white meat recipes and fish dishes.
