Produced by bodega Altavins, the wine Ilercavònia is a varietal White Grenache from DO Terra Alta, Catalonia's westernmost Designation of Origin.
Harvested by hand and meticulously selected, the grapes were sorted from vineyards farmed with minimal intervention techniques.
After macerating for a substantial period of time with the skins, this Spanish white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the wine Ilercavònia 2024 was aged on lees for some months before bottling.
