The is the new vintage of the cava Jaume Giró i Giró Montaner Gran Reserva. Like the previous one, this Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
Produced by the Jaume Giró i Giró winery, this Spanish sparkling wine was meticulously produced following the traditional Champenoise method.
The grapes were vinified and fermented at a low temperature. After that, the base wine was blended and bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
Finally, the cava Jaume Giró i Montaner Gran Reserva 2017 was aged for a minimum of 36 months before hitting the market.
This is a very versatile organic Cava.

Nose | Fresh aromas, with a clear note of white fruit and peach compote, alongside a touch of white flowers. This blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay also suggests dim notes of fine lees, raw almonds and aromatic herbs. |
Palate | Dry and fresh, this Gran Reserva produced from Jaume Giró i Giró has some tiny, creamy bubbles and a well-balanced acidity. Remembrances of white fruit, French patisserie, aromatic herbs and dry fruit. Long, balsamic finish. |
