This is the new vintage of the wine Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay.
A varietal Chardonnay, this Spanish white wine is made from 30-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils in DO Penedès.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. After that, the wine Jean Leon 3055 Chardonnay 2023 from the Jean Leon winery was fermented for 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tanks.
This young organic and vegan white wine from Penedès is fresh and fruit-driven.
