Made from over 30-year-old Godello vineyards, the wine Joaquín Rebolledo Godello is a varietal Spanish white wine produced in DO Valdeorras, Galicia.
Produced by Bodegas Joaquín Rebolledo, the vines are planted on steep slopes with slate soils.
Harvest of the grapes was carried out by hand. After that, they were destemmed and cold macerated at 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation of the wine Joaquín Rebolledo Godello 2024 took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
In order to preserve its varietal character, this white wine from Valdeorras was not aged in oak after the completion of alcoholic fermentation.
