The white wine José Pariente Verdejo is produced by bodega José Pariente.
This varietal Spanish white wine from DO Rueda is mainly sourced from estate vineyards, 30 years old on average, and also from very old vines owned by local winegrowers who share the winery's environmentally friendly approach to agriculture and winemaking.
After a 12 hour cold-maceration process and a gentle pneumatic pressing, the wine José Pariente Verdejo 2023 was fermented in stainless steel tanks, oak barrels and concrete diposits, after which it remained in contact with its lees for about 4 months until it was bottled.
This varietal white wine from Rueda is a paradigmatic example of Verdejo, one of Spain's most appreciated white varieties.

I like this wine very much. The wine has taken on a slightly yellowish colour, with a youthful, greenish hue, and has a fresh, fruity aroma and flavour.
