Rosé wine Juan Gil Rosado 2021
Young rosé wine from Jumilla. Blend of Petit Verdot and Syrah partially fermented in barrels.
Availability: In stock
A blend of Petit Verdot and Syrah, Juan Gil Rosado is produced from dry-farmed vines planted at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level, in the northern area of DO Jumilla.
This blended Spanish rosé wine from bodega Juan Gil was partially vinified in egg-shaped concrete diposits and partially in oak barrels under controlled temperature.
After being fermented, Juan Gil Rosado 2021 was aged for a period of 4 months.
The brief oak aging adds to this young rosé wine a nice touch of complexity and roundness.
Appearance | The wine Juan Gil Rosado is medium salmon with some rosy glints. |
