A classic Cava, this Spanish sparkling wine is made by Juvé y Camps, one of Penedès' most respected producers.
The 2019 vintage of the Cava Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature has Xarel·lo as its main component. As usual, this organic Cava also features Macabeo and Parellada, all coming from organically certified vines 25 years old on average.
Made only from the "free-run" coming from the first pressing of the grapes, this organic sparkling wine from Penedès fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the Cava Juvé y Camps Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature 2019 completed secondary fermentation and a 36-month ageing period in the bottle.

| Palate | Suave, substantial and easy to drink, Reserva de la Familia from Juvé y Camps has grip and freshness. Citrus, Mediterranean garrigue, herbes de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well-integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best. |
