A blend of 85% Verdejo and 15% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine K-Naia comes from DO Rueda.
Produced by Bodegas Naia, the wine is made from vines planted at an altitude of 700 to 800 metres above sea level.
The harvest of this Spanish white wine was carried out at dawn. Selected in the vineyard, the grapes were cold-soaked and subsequently vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine K-Naia 2023 was aged on its lees for some weeks to increase its creaminess and roundness.
Pair this white wine from Rueda with shrimp and light dishes.
