The cava Kripta Bayanus Brut Reserva, hitherto known as Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserva 37,5 cl, is produced by Agustí Torelló Mata.
Coming in a 37.5 cl. bottle, this half-bottle of Spanish sparkling wine is made from Macabeo (45%), Parellada (30%) and Xarel·lo (25%). The grapes are sourced old vines located in Penedès. Each of them was separately vinified.
Once both fermentations were completed, the cava Kripta Bayanus Brut Reserva 2019 was aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar. The disgorging date of this organic and vegan Cava from Penedès is printed on the back label.
This a very versatile Cava Brut Reserva.
