Red Wine La Bruja de Rozas 2021
Availability: Out of stock
This is the new vintage of La Bruja de Rozas from DO Vinos de Madrid. According to some senior wine critics, this smashing Spanish red wine is one of the world's absolute best value wines.
A varietal Grenache produced by the Comando G winery, it is made from 30 to 80-year-old vineyards, coming from three estates perched at 900 metres of altitude. They are located near the town of Las Rozas de Puerto Real, in the midst of Sierra de Gredos, an area which has risen to super-stardom in just a few years.
Each plot was separately harvested and vinified. Fermentation and maceration took place in wooden vats, with indigenous yeasts and gentle macerations. Then La Bruja de Rozas 2021 was blended and aged for 7 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Aerate this red wine from Madrid 30 minutes before drinking.
