The wine La Encina del Inglés Blanco is the tribute of the Finca La Melonera winery to the Grand Tour English travellers who, during the 18th and 19th centuries, visited Andalusia and immortalised a picturesque image of the region in their writings and paintings.
Dry, fresh and fruity, this Spanish white wine made from 80% Moscatel Morisco, 10% Pedro Ximénez and 10% Doradilla.
Located in the Andalusian region of Málaga, DO Sierras de Málaga, the vines grow on small terraces protected by centenary holm oaks at an altitude between 600 and 900 metres above sea level.
The grapes were picked by hand, Then the wine La Encina del Inglés Blanco 2023 was meticulously vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, it went straight into the bottle.
