The red wine La Planta is the entry-level Tinto Fino of Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro.
This Spanish red wine is made from over 20-year-old vineyards located in the town of Quintanilla de Onésimo, in DO Ribera del Duero, at an altitude of 900 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand and destemmed, the grapes were cold-soaked for 3 days and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, the wine La Planta 2022 was aged in new French and American oak barrels for 6 months.
This young red wine from Ribera del Duero balances youthful fruitiness with a mild oak ageing.
