Appearance |
The red wine Ladairo Barrica is deep ruby with some purplish glints. |
Nose |
This blend of Mencía and Tempranillo is complex and suggestive on the nose. Remembrances of cocoa, smoke and toast that slowly evolve into aromas of red berries, some floral nuances, sweet spices and aromas of menthol, liquorice and withered leaves. |
Palate |
Displaying plenty of local character, this red wine of Bodegas Ladairo is smooth and silky. Notes of jammy black fruit, pomegranate, violets and orange rind. Lively acidity, mild tannins and long, mineral finish. |
Our personal opinion |
Galician reds have a truly distinctive, sort of Atlantic personality. The wine Ladairo Barrica 2022 perfectly showcases this quality. |
