Produced by Celler Capçanes, the wine Lasendal Selecció is made from a blend of 97% Grenache and 3% Syrah, coming from vines 10 to 40 years of age.
The grapes were separately harvested and vinified. After being fermented and macerated for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks, this Spanish red wine from Montsant went through malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
Finally, the wine Lasendal Selecció 2022 was aged for 9 months in French oak vats.
