Since its first vintage, the red wine Les Cousins L'Inconscient deservedly gained the reputation of being one of the best values produced in the Priorat region.
Lively and vibrant, this Spanish red wine is produced by Les Cousins Marc & Adrià in the facilities of the Cims de Porrera winery.
This red wine is made from a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.
Harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 20 days, the wine Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2023 was aged in French oak vats for 12 months.
Finally, this red wine from Priorat was aged for some weeks in stainless steel tanks prior to its release.
