Details
A blend of Macabeo and Xarel·lo, the wine Llavors Blanc is produced by La Vinyeta in Mollet de Perelada, in the northern area of DO Empordà. This Spanish white wine was crafted following minimal intervention techniques, and it bears the EU integrated production seal.
Sourced from vineyards certified organic, the varieties were harvested by hand and separately vinified. Once in the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed before fermenting in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the white wine Llavors Blanc 2023 was aged for 2 months on lees in French oak barrels.
