Details
The wine Llicorella Clàssic from DOQ Priorat is made by bodega Llicorella, a brand belonging to Cellers Unió, one of Catalonia’s most important wine cooperatives.
A blend of the traditional varieties Grenache and Carignan, this Spanish red wine is sourced from low- yielding vineyards planted on steep slate slopes at 100 to 700 metres of altitude.
This blended red wine from Priorat was vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, the red wine Llicorella Clàssic 2020 was aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
Once bottled, this Crianza red wine was further aged in the cellar before being released onto the market.
Decant before drinking. Pair with game recipes, hearty winter stews and blue cheese.
