Red Wine Lo Petit de la Casa 2022
Availability: In stock
Born in Gratallops, in the heart of Priorat, the wine Lo Petit de la Casa is the entry-level Spanish red wine of the Trossos del Priorat winery
Made principally from Grenache, this red wine from Priorat is complemented with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Both varieties grow in the decomposed slate, llicorella soils that bring the wines from Priorat their distinctive minerality.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were destemmed and cold-soaked in order to extract aromas and colour from the grape skins.
After fermenting in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred into 225-litre French oak barrels, where it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 12 months.
Finally, the wine Lo Petit de la Casa 2022 was bottled and aged for some months in the cellar prior to its commercial release.
Pair this Crianza red wine with meat dishes.
