The wine Lo Petit Pau is the entry-level red of bodega Hidalgo Albert, a family winery based in Priorat.
An unwooded blend of Grenache, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this Spanish red wine is sourced from certified organic vineyards located in Poboleda, in the freshest area of DOQ Priorat.
Each variety was hand-harvested, destemmed and separately vinified in stainless steel tanks. After completing fermentation, the red wine Lo Petit Pau 2023 was gently filtered before being bottled following the lunar calendar.
This organic red wine from Priorat is excellent with tapas and BBQ’d meat.
