Produced by Luis Cañas, the wine Luis Cañas Reserva is made from Tempranillo and a dollop of Graciano (5%).
The grapes are sorted from 40-year-old vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa. They were carefully selected, destemmed and destemmed. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 21 days with frequent pump-overs.
After that, this red wine from La Rioja was transferred into 2nd year French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels. There it completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 18 months.
Prior to its bottling, the wine Luis Cañas Reserva 2017 was delicately filtered and clarified.
Finally, this Reserva red wine from La Rioja was further aged for 18 months in the cellar prior to its commercial release.
