A varietal Tempranillo, the wine Mano a mano is produced by Bodega Mano a Mano.
This Spanish red wine comes from 35 to 50-year-old vineyards with sandy and limestone soils situated at 700 metres of altitude.
Hand-harvested, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in American and French oak barrels for 6 months. After that, the wine Mano a mano 2019 from the designation Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla was gently filtered before bottling.
