Produced by Ramon Canals, the Cava Marta Reserva Brut Nature is crafted from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes.
Each grape variety was separately vinified. After that, the three base wines of this organic Cava from Penedès were blended and bottled.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, as prescribed by the Champenoise method. Then, the Cava Marta Reserva Brut Nature 2021 was aged for 24 months in the cellar.
This Cava Reserva Brut Nature was added no shipping liquor after its disgorging date, which is printed on the back label.
