Details
Made solely from Tempranillo, the wine Martínez Lacuesta Crianza Cuvee, previously known as Martinez Lacuesta Crianza, comes from 20 to 35-year-old vineyards with clayey-limestone soils located at 450 metres of altitude, in the area surrounding the winemaking facility of Bodega Martínez Lacuesta.
Picked by hand, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The they were cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the red wine Martínez Lacuesta Crianza Cuvee 2020 from the was transferred into new and semi-new American oak barrels and aged for 18 months.
Finally, this Crianza red wine from DOCa Rioja was bottled and aged for a further 12 months before hitting the market.
We suggest aearting this Rioja red wine 20 minutes before drinking.
