Cava Masia Parera Brut Rosé

The Cava Masia Parera Brut Rosé is produced by bodega Giró Ribot, a family winery based in DO Penedès.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine is made from Trepat, a local variety, and Pinot Noir (15%), sourced from vineyards around 30 years old that were respectively harvested in October and mid Augutst.
Fully destemmed and macerated for several hours, each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then this Brut Rosé Cava was blended and bottled, after which it went through secondary fermentation, following the DO Cava traditional method.
The Cava Masia Parera Brut Rosé was kept in the bottle for around 20 months. This Brut Rosé Cava was manually disgorged.
This versatile rosé Cava was given the Special Award Best Value Sparkling Wine at the Sakura Japan Women Awards 2024.
