Sugar-coated fruit, citrus peel, vanilla, honey and candied almonds, punctutated by notions of aromatic herbs, smoke, patisserie, cinnamon and spices. |

Fresh and creamy, this cava brut nature gran reserva from bodega Mestres is richly layered, elegant and structured. Extremely gentle, microscopic bubbles, and crisp acidity. Very long finish, with remembrancesof citrus, spices, and dry fruit. |
