Details
The wine Mirada Organic Rosé is produced by Hammeken Cellars, a project created by three lovers of Spanish wine coming from different parts of the globe.
A varietal Bobal, a grape indigenous to west central Spain, the grapes are sourced from 15-year-old vines grown between 600 and 800 metres of altitude, in the Castilla-La Mancha region.
Harvested at dawn, the grapes went through a pre fermentation cold maceration before fermenting in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for 20 days. The rosé wine Mirada Organic Rosé 2023 saw no wood afterwards.
