The Avelino Vegas Bodegas winery produces the wine Montespina Sauvignon from vineyards located in DO Rueda. The winery makes another wine in this region: the well-known Circe. Besides that, it also has a brand in Ribera del Duero: bodega Fuentespina.
This varietal Spanish white wine is made solely from Sauvignon Blanc. After a meticulous harvest, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The white wine Montespina Sauvignon 2023 will pair well with tapas and light dishes.
