Produced by Caves Naveran, the cava Naveran Perles Blanques is made from organically certified vineyards located in Torrelavit, Penedès, DO Cava.
This Spanish sparkling wine is a blend of two French varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The Pinot Noir was vinified in stainless steel tanks to produce a Blanc de Noirs. As for the Chardonnay, it was vinified in oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks.
After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, this vegan Cava from Penedès was blended and bottled.
Once secondary fermentation was completed, the cava Naveran Perles Blanques Brut 2022 was aged for a minimum of 20 months prior to its commercial release.
This versatile Cava Brut Reserva will perfectly match a multi-course dinner.
Appearance | The Cava Naveran Perles Blanques is medium straw with some golden tinges and amber glints. |

Nose | Elegant and intense, with ripe white fruit, ripe cherries and some mineral hints. The oak ageing of this blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shows in some remembrances of pastry and butter and a touch of dry fruit. |
Palate | This sparkler from Cavas Naveran is gently creamy, layered and round. Flavours of ripe white fruit, quince, spices and pomegranate. Very good acidity, with little, well-integrated bubbles and a long, savoury finish. |
