Sourced from 5 hectares of over 60-year-old recovered vineyards, O Cotarelo Blanco Barrica is the top-shelf Spanish white wine from bodega Adega O Cotarelo, a small production winery based in DO Ribeiro.
This varietal Albariño was produced through a very meticulous, entirely artisan manner, following the traditional methods of the region.
Hand-picked at their optimal ripening state, the grapes were first fermented in oak barrels.
After that, the white wine O Cotarelo Blanco Barrica 2020 was aged in the barrels for some months until its bottling.
This limited production Ribeiro white wine will pair exceedingly well with white meat recipes, creamy cheeses, fish and shrimp.
Aerate this Galician white wine some minutes before drinking.
