The cava Oriol Rossell Brut Nature Reserva is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, sourced from certified organic vineyards. This Spanish sparkling wine bears the DO Cava label.
Produced only from the free-run juice, each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this Brut Nature Cava of Oriol Rossell was aged for 3 months on its lees, after which it was blended, bottled and aged for 20 months minimum.
No shipping liquor was added to the Cava Oriol Rossell Brut Nature Reserva 2021 after the disgorgement.
