Bodega Oriol Rossell produces the cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé from a blend of Grenache and Pinot Noir, sourced from a vinyeard with limestone and limey soils.

After going through a sorting table, the grapes were briefly macerated in the press. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. This rosé cava from Penedès was subsequently aged for 12 months minimum before being disgorged. Sugar content is 6 grams per liter.

The cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé 2022 will pair phenomenally well with shrimp, Mexican cuisine, white meat recipes and also fruit desserts.

Appearance	The cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé is deep salmon with some orangeish reflections.
Nose	This blend of Grenache and Pinot Noir carries aromas of sour berries and wild strawberries, with aromatic herbs, flowers and a dash of citrus.
Palate	Structured and savoury, this cava of Oriol Rossell winery has some playful bubbles, a fresh mid-palate and a nice acidity, with lively red berries and a clean, balsamic finish.
Our personal opinion	The cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé 2022 is a delicious rosé bubbly.
