Bodega Oriol Rossell produces the cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé from a blend of Grenache and Pinot Noir, sourced from a vinyeard with limestone and limey soils.
After going through a sorting table, the grapes were briefly macerated in the press. Then this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. This rosé cava from Penedès was subsequently aged for 12 months minimum before being disgorged. Sugar content is 6 grams per liter.
The cava Oriol Rossell Brut Rosé 2022 will pair phenomenally well with shrimp, Mexican cuisine, white meat recipes and also fruit desserts.
