Red Wine Otazu Premium Cuvée 2020
Availability: In stock
The Señorío de Otazu winery produces the red wine Otazu Premium Cuvée from a selection of the best estate-grown grapes.
This Spanish red wine is made from Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, all of them harvested at their optimal ripening time in the wee hours.
Once in the cellar, the grapes were cold-macerated for a week. After that, this red wine from Navarra was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, this Crianza red wine from Navarra was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and for a further 14 months in the cellar prior to its release.
We suggest that you aerate Otazu Premium Cuvée 2020 a short time before drinking.
Pair this Crianza red wine with meat recipes and cold cuts.
Appearance | The red wine Otazu Premium Cuvée is medium purple with some ruby glints. |

Nose | Rather elegant, this blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot suggests aromas of black fruit, vanilla and spices, evolving into aromatic herbs and some earthy remembrances. |
Palate | Bold and intense, this wine from the Señorío de Otazu winery has a very good acidity and a solid backbone. Ripe fruit, subtle toasted nuances, and remembrances of spices, balsam and underbush. Mild tannins and a medium-long balsamic finish. |
