Made by Bodega Señorío de Otazu, Otazu Rosado is a young varietal Spanish rosé wine produced in DO Navarra.
Located in the village of Etxauri, the Merlot vineyards are at an altitude around 425 metres above sea level.
In order to preserve the qualities of the fruit, the vinification process of this rosé wine from Navarra was minimalistic. After a careful selection process, the grapes were cold-soaked for 12 hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, Otazu Rosado 2022 was aged for a further months before its commercial release.
