Details
As usual, Paco García Crianza is made from two varieties, 90% Tempranillo and 10% Grenache, coming from three vineyards - Paraje 3 Marqueses, Santa Ana and Las Canteras - located in La Rioja.
The parcels are at roughly 500 metres of altitude. Soils are composed of clay and limestone.
Produced by Bodegas Paco García, this Spanish red wine was traditionally vinified. First, the grapes were cold macerated for 48 hours; then they were fermented in stainless steel tanks with the submerged cap technique under controlled temperature.
After that, Paco García Crianza 2020 was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
The result is a well-rounded and smooth Crianza red wine.

paco crianza
Juicy Rioja picked at just the right time, that is to say, before the grapes reached full maturity. Thanks to that fact the wine has developed a crunchy, crisp character which is very pleasant.
