Bodega Celler Parató Vinícola is the producer of the cava Parató Semi Sec Reserva, aimed at drinkers looking for a mildly sweet Spanish sparkling wine.
A traditional blend of 34% Xarel·lo, 30% Parellada, 25% Macabeo and 11% Chardonnay, this organic cava from Penedès was vinified in stainless steel tanks. Then this Demi Sec Cava was bottled and went through secondary fermentation for a period of 45 days.
Then the cava Parató Semi Sec Reserva 2022 was aged for 15 months minimum in the bottle before being disgorged.
Finally, this vegan cava was added a dosage of 38 grams of sugar/litre.
