Details
The wine Pardevalles Prieto Picudo is the entry-level bottling of Viñedos y Bodega Pardevalles, a winery based in the southern part of DO Tierra de León.
Made solely from the local variety Prieto Picudo, the grapes were mechanically harvested at night and macerated for 4 days before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 22ºC.
After that, this red wine from León went through the malo and was briefly aged on lees in the tanks. The red wine Pardevalles Prieto Picudo 2023 saw no wood to convey the variety in its purest form.
This young red wine is excellent for casual meetings with friends.
