Details
A varietal Spanish white wine made solely from Parellada, the wine Parés Baltà Honeymoon comes from vines planted at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level.
An indigenous grape from Catalonia, Parellada is traditionally used in the Cava blend because of its aromatic finesse.
Produced by the Parés Baltà winery, this white wine from Penedès was vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for only 3 weeks.
Interestingly, the white wine Parés Baltà Honeymoon 2023 was not aged in oak in order to preserve its aromatic qualities.
Drink this delicate organic and vegan white wine from Penedès without food, or pair with light dishes.
