A pleasant, seductive Cava, Pere Ventura Tresor Gran Reserva Brut Nature is produced by bodega Pere Ventura following the traditional Champenoise method.
This varietal Spanish sparkling wine is made from 40% Macabeo, 40% Xarel·lo and 20% Parellada, coming from young and old vineyards with limestone soils situated in the Central and High Penedès areas.
Each variety was separately vinified. Gently pressed and drawn-off, they were first fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Then this Cava gran reserva was blended and bottled.
After completing secondary fermentation, Pere Ventura Tresor Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2019 was aged for 36 months minimum in the cellar.
As its name says, this cava brut nature was added no sugar after being disgorged.
Excellent with and without food, this cava from Penedès will make a fabulous pairing with Indian and Mexican food.
