Details

The wine Perlat Negre from bodega Cellers Unió, one of Catalonia’s biggest wine coops, comes from DO Montsant. This Spanish red wine was one of the first to bear the official DO seal.

A blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah sourced from vineyards scattered across the region, this red wine from Montsant was vinified in stainless steel tanks. After that, the red wine Perlat Negre 2022 was aged for 10 months in oak barrels.

This Crianza red wine will pair nicely with meat recipes and stews.

Appearance	The red wine Perlat Negre is medium purple with some cherry-coloured reflections.
Nose	Aromas of blackcurrants, strawberries and blackberries, with a dash of toffee, cinnamon and coffee. This blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah has a subtle earthy background.
Palate	This wine from Cellers Unió winery is juicy, fresh and smooth, with the controlled power typical of the Montsant wines and a spicy and slightly mineral finish.
