Produced by bodega Vall de Baldomar, Petit Baldomà Blanc is a blend of Macabeo, Riesling and Gewürztraminer from DO Costers del Segre.
The combination of two international varieties and a local one gives this Spanish white wine an interesting character.
Separately harvested and vinified according to the variety, the grapes were gently pressed, drawn-off and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC. After that, the white wine Petit Baldomà Blanc 2022 was aged in 1st and 2nd year oak barrels for a period of 2 months.
Great as an aperitif, this white wine from Costers del Segre is also excellent with rice dishes and Ramen recipes.
